#homes was created with the Agent in mind. Our goal is for you to maximize earning potential while keeping your costs as low as possible and providing the support level you need. All Agents are different and we work with your personal business model. The #homes management support team has 80+ years of Central Ohio Real Estate experience and is always available.
Dollars and Sense
#homes offers a very simple, fair fee/compensation structure.
- 100% Commission.
- $300 per month or $3,600 cap
- $250 Transaction Fee
- Team member fees based on 12 month transaction history. $0-$150 per month.
